Very dissappointed to find when I checked in that my deposit had not been processed. Was left in a very imbarrassing situation which could have been easily solved by one courtesy phone call.

Stayed in the penthouse. It was magic. Huge rooms, amazing 270 degree views. The billiard room rocks! Very friendly obliging staff. Very memorable stay. We will be back.

Only stayed a few nights so can\'t comment on the full range of facilites and services;
clean, comfortable,
spacious rooms with FABULOUS ocean/skyline views;
close to everything, quiet
neighbourhood; would stay here again

Disliked: balcony door would not close properly, so it was a tad nippy at night

The apartments are having a revamp and are looking a bit tired at the moment. They are in a great position though

Wonderful view & easy access to lovely swimming beach made stay special, particularly for our English guests

Not a bad resort. Me and my family enjoyed the position. Not right in crowded Surfers which was good.

Completely beachfront, views from the bedroom and lounge were of sea and beach, absolutely stunning. The apartment was really nicely done out, very light and airy.

I only stayed at the Golden Sands for four days visiting some friends, and loved it! The rooms have fabulous views of Main Beach and a great location.... really close to Seaworld, Tedder Avenue and only a two minute drive to Surfers Paradise.

The service was excellent and I had a great stay!
